This endpoint is spammed multiple times (presumably when loading the chat window), once for each userId, when it supports multiple userIds at once. This causes the endpoint to easily become ratelimited when loading multiple pages at a ratelimit of only 200 requests a minute. This will also break the user profile page after only 6 page loads since it relies on this endpoint.
Expected behavior
The endpoint should only be called once with all of the userIds the chat window needs to load names for.
