GetHumanoidDescriptionFromOutfitId broken

Reproduction Steps

The API Player:GetHumanoidDescriptionFromOutfitId is currently resulting in a 403 Error when called, resulting in code unable to get assets and other information from Outfits.

Expected Behavior

Player:GetHumanoidDescriptionFromOutfitId usually gives info about an Outfit Id (assets,bundle info… etc)

This should be resolved now, we have turned off the change that caused this issue.
