GFX Backround problem

Hello, i need some help with my GFX backrounds.
I want to achieve making really good quality GFX and maybe being hired.
But my big problem is backround (in blender, since im not really good to edit in).
i tryed making something simple and adding picture behind it wich didnt turn out good, (also i tryed HDRI sky but i didnt found any good one)

In the first one his leg is through the platform he’s sitting on.

And in the second one the straps on the backpack clip through the shirt

Thanks for your feedback i will fix it in my new GFX’s i will make,
and in the 2nd picture it is intention to make the backpack look ripped.

Hello man, the method I’m going to tell you can be a little more complicated and time consuming to do

  • Instead of a picture, build some buildings for more realism
  • Place lighting effects that highlight the moonlight color
  • Small details make art an art, the more small details you put in, your art will be even more beautiful, for example. birds, reflections, shadows, cars, lighting or even planes

tips on background:

  1. make more contrast. add lights or something glowing and make the sky a bit more black
  2. make background fit more in, the buildings do not look like roblox at all, maybe add something that came from roblox
