Giftz is a relatively new company, formed within the crowded clothing and game-hosting industry. We strive to become a contradictory clothing-based company that provides an unconventional experience to individuals on the Roblox platform, producing original and quality designs courtesy of our experienced Designing Team. We candidly hope to share a memorable experience with our lovely customers and competitors.

Code of Conduct

When joining Giftzโ€™ facilities, you are required to abide by the Code of Conduct. These are the general regulations and guidelines for all members of our community. Failure to abide by any of the following regulations and guidelines will result in you in receiving a consequence depending on the severity of your actions.

Grammar

Grammar should be utilized by all members with the rank โ€œTraineeโ€ or above at all Solanas Resort facilities. Grammar represents professionalism and should is a necessary factor for all of our staff members, whether they are a Low Rank, Middle Rank, High Rank, or Super Rank. Failure to utilize grammar within any of Solanas Resortโ€™s facilities will result in a consequence depending on the severity of your actions. We do not ask you to be flawless when utilizing grammar, however, you should still obtain a general knowledge on what grammar is and how to use it.

Attire Representation

Solanas Resort expects all of our members to wear appropriate attire at all Solanas Resortโ€™ facilities. Any racial, discriminative, inappropriate, or disrespect attire will be asked of you to be removed. Failure to remove any inappropriate content will severe consequences. If you have an inquiry whether your attire is appropriate, you can always verify with any MR+ member. We want our staff members to dress professionally, whilst our customers dress appropriately when visiting any facility at Solanas Resort.

Behavior

At Solanas Resort, we expect you to have a mature and tolerable behavior. We want our new members to feel welcomed into the community and to remain a friendly environment. Misbehaving and/or being intolerable will result in consequences. Misbehaving and/or being intolerable includes trolling, spamming, disrespect, racism, homophobia, and any other actions that are disturbing others or the resort itself.

Rank Descriptions and Limitations

Regular Rank Descriptions

[โˆž] Group Participant: This rank is automatically given to all members upon joining the group.
Members with this rank are often newcomers or primarily supporters of Giftz.

[โˆž] Ethereal: This rank is awarded to members who have bought either bought 15 pieces of clothing or obtain at least 5 gameshow winnings.

[โˆž] Enthusiast: This rank is awarded to members who have bought either bought 30 pieces of clothing or obtain at least 10 gameshow winnings.

[โˆž] Elite: This rank is awarded to competitors who have obtained at least 15 gameshow winnings.

[โˆž] Celestial: This rank is awarded to members who have bought either bought 5 pieces of clothing or obtain at least 5 gameshow winnings.

[โˆž] Legendary: This rank is awarded to members who have bought either bought 5 pieces of clothing or obtain at least 5 gameshow winnings.

[โˆž] Champion: This rank is awarded to members who have bought either bought 5 pieces of clothing or obtain at least 5 gameshow winnings.

[โˆž] Divine: This rank is awarded to members who have bought either bought 5 pieces of clothing or obtain at least 5 gameshow winnings.

High Ranks

Executive Assistant: Executive Assistant is the first High Rank in the group. They are divided into 3 departments that coordinate with their team to make sure the group is running successfully in each department.

Communications

The Communications Department is in charge of managing Solanas Resortโ€™s affiliates. They plan events, evaluate our alliances, and overall represent how the group is presented. Each affiliate is valued and the Communications Department ensures both companies are beneficial for each other.

Operations

The Operations Department is in charge of dealing with the groupโ€™s social media accounts, accepting and declining ban aals, and overall managing Solanas Resortโ€™s Trello boards. They are responsible for the groupโ€™s overall operation.

Staffing

The Staffing Department is in charge of dealing with our staff members. They promote, demote, and overall deal with the staff teamโ€™s performance. They are responsible for any consequences needed to be distributed.

Rank limit: 12.

Chief Communications Officer: This rank has been awarded to a hard-working Executive Assistant of Communications. They are now capable of accepting and declining alliance requests and overall evaluate all of Solanas Resortโ€™s affiliates.

Rank limit: 2.

Chief Operations Officer: This rank has been awarded to a dedicated Executive Assistant of Operations. They are now capable of managing all social media accounts, accepting and declining ban appeals, and update changes on the Trello boards.

Rank limit: 2.

Chief Staff Officer: This rank has been awarded to an exquisitely active Executive Assistant of Staffing. They are now capable of evaluating the staffโ€™s activity more intensely and deliberately. Moreover, they are capable of being a greater asset to the Staffing Department.

Rank limit: 2.

Super Ranks

Vice President: Each Vice President is the director of a department. The director of each department is capable of handling any task within their department. They assist the other fellow Super Ranks in managing the groupโ€™s operations as a whole.

Rank limit: 3.

President: The Presidents of the group assist the Vice Chairman and Chairman run the group. They overseer each department to ensure all of its members are properly handling their tasks. They approve the major changes that uphold the groupโ€™s future.

Rank limit: 2.

Vice Chairman: The Vice Chairman is the groupโ€™s co-owner. They are in charge of all of the groupโ€™s operations if the Chairman has to go on an emergency leave.

Rank limit: 1.

Chairman: The Chairman is the owner of the group. They are the head of development and handle all of the groupโ€™s operations when at task.

Partnership Information

Giftz is constantly seeking to form new partnerships and collaborate together to benefit both establishments. If youโ€™re interested in forming an alliance with Giftz, please ensure that your company meets all of the requirements as follows. Once youโ€™ve filled out the application, please submit it to a member of our Public Relations Team via Discord.

Partnership Requirements:

โž” Your company must have a minimum of 1,000 non-botted group members, exceptions are permitted depending on your companyโ€™s functionality overall.
โž” Your companyโ€™s members should consistently be active by joining your facilities, interacting in your internal servers, and overall supporting your establishment.
โž” Your company must consist of employees that are well-managed, professional, and mature at all times.
โž” Your company and its employees must not be blacklisted from forming a partnership with Giftz.
โž” Your company must have an established form of communication; preferably Discord.
โž” Your company must have representatives that are willing to communicate and collaborate with our Public Relations Team.
โž” Your companyโ€™s represenatives must be able and willing to announce all events that Giftz hosts.

Support Information

Here at Giftz, we value nothing more but the safety and satisfaction of our community. We do not tolerate individuals misbehaving within any of Giftzโ€™s facilities. Fortunately, Giftz provides individuals a second chance to prove themselves worthy. Once you have been banned from any of our facilities, you will need to wait 24 hours until youโ€™re eligible to formulate an appeal. Depending on the severity of the actions conducted and how much effort was put worth within the appeal, you may be declined.

If youโ€™re reading this section of our handbook with the intention to appeal for your ban, you must fill out the following application and direct it to a member of our Staff Management Team via Discord. Please be willing to be sincere and apologetic throughout your appeal if you do desire it to be accepted. However, not every appeal will fulfill the requirements for acceptance.

These questions are the most common that have been asked by new members and staff members. We have provided this section for current or future reference. If your inquiry was not stated within this section, you may always message any Middle Rank or above for future assistance.

Q: How do I become a Trainee?

A: In order to obtain the rank โ€œTraineeโ€, you must either apply at the Support Center or pass one of our scheduled interview sessions.

Q: If I have safechat, can I still become a Trainee?

A: Unfortunately, Solanas Resort does not accept users with safechat work at our establishment. If you desire to remove safechat from your account, you must set your account date with an age of 13 or above. If you are unfamiliar with what safechat is, the summary of safechat is when your account age is lower than the age of 13, what this does is it does not permit you to witness certain numbers and words in-game.

Q: Iโ€™m a Trainee, why canโ€™t I work behind the register?

A: Trainees are not permitted to work at the resort. At Solanas Resort, we believe Trainees should firstly attend a training session and pass to obtain โ€œJunior Receptionistโ€. This indicates that you know a general idea of how our system works.

Q: What times are interview sessions hosted at?

A: Solanas Resortโ€™s sessions are hosted daily. Our scheduled interview sessions on the weekdays are hosted at 10:00 AM EST, 2:00 PM EST, and 6:00 PM EST. Whilst on weekends, we additionally have a late night interview session. The scheduled interview sessions on Friday & Saturday is at 10:00 AM EST, 2:00 PM EST, 6:00 PM EST, and 10:00 PM EST. If you have a timezone that is not associated with the timezone Eastern Standard Time, we recommend using a time converter for further assistance.

Q: What times are training sessions hosted at?

A: Solanas Resortโ€™s sessions are hosted daily. Our scheduled training sessions on the weekdays are hosted at 12:00 PM EST, 4:00 PM EST, and 8:00 PM EST. Whilst on weekends, we additionally have a late night training session. The scheduled training sessions on Friday & Saturday are at 12:00 PM EST, 4:00 PM EST, 6:00 PM EST, and 11:00 PM EST. Q: How do I get promoted to Intern?

A: There are two ways to obtain the rank โ€˜Internโ€™. One way is to purchase the gamepass for Robloxโ€™s currency, Robux. If you do not wish to purchase the gamepass or you simply do not have enough Robux, there is a second solution for you. Our Staffing Department monitors the resort frequently. Youโ€™re capable of being promoted if you meet our requirements of being active, having decent grammar, professionalism, and a helpful staff member overall. We do not promote based off of your Roblox avatar, so you can either have Robux or not.
