What do I want?
I want that you can give your Item like a Burger from your Inventory to another player with clicking on the player or writing its name in the Chat. It should be as easy and simple as possible.
Do you have any preexisting scripts? We cannot design entire systems for you.

I don’t really have a script but I’ll work on it I didn’t knowed it I am pretty new to it 
Pretty much what @Uncovereddylatron said, If you’re uncomfortable with programming, I highly recommend gong to #collaboration and hiring a scripter… Scripting support is just to help you debug and come up with code, not to give it away free.
