You also have to consider ‘high graphics’ levels compared to devices.
You may be playing at Graphics 10 on both devices, but the graphics ability of mobile devices may be limited by their ability to display certain things like refraction, or distance to objects that can be viewed.
My phone should be pretty capable of rendering decent graphics (most modern phones should).
Of course this is all out of my specialty and I lack knowledge in this field, but other users reported issues on PC as well (with my glass pixelation module), I can’t confirm them but it’s worth looking into considering this is one of glass’s main points.
Apple just introduced Liquid Glass in iOS 26, so this needs to be patched, FAST. This could cause a ton of engine issues, and missing UI elements, it could get really chaotic, due to transparency rendering and refraction effects.
I don’t see how Apple’s new Liquid Glass designs has anything to do with refraction being relatively more computationally expensive on some devices rather than others. The glass material within Roblox has nothing to do with Apple’s UI elements or their design.
