Hello, just wondering if there’s anything I can do I can provide all receipts of purchases / giftcard codes and credit cards used on my account I am also in the DevEx program so this is kind of detrimental for me I have ID Verified and can provide all that kind of information but my Gmail has been backed and I don’t know where to go from here luckily I have 2FA on my roblox account so I am still logged in but I fear its only a matter of time.

at least you roblox account will be safe if you change your email.
you concern is your roblox account, not your gmail account
If your gmail account is really your concern you should not be posting here as this post is irrelevant unless you’re asking for ways to prevent your roblox account from being affected

Yes. That email will then receive a notification from Roblox saying the email has been changed, and a link that can be used to instantly revert it back.

add phone number to your roblox account and call roblox support (correct me if im wrong but i think roblox wont send an email about new phone number?)
You can’t call Roblox for support. The only official number they have is a voicemail which isn’t intended for support.

Yup it does. As long as it’s the first email ever added to your Roblox account.
Even if OP changed his roblox’s email to a new one. As @Zivao pointed out, a link will be sent to reset the mail bypassing 2FA. But despite that, even if no mail were sended, the person behind the compromised account can still get back the account, as (I assume) purchase receipts as been sent to this mail, and Roblox allow your mail were purchases receipts were sent to be linked back to the Roblox account.
I don’t think I can redirect him on the devforum, (but he will probably easily find it). But, his best shot is gmail support. Or maybe Roblox Support can “blacklist” an email? (as here, the hacked gmail account)
I bet your efforts are best spent on recovering your Gmail account. Use recovery methods, devices you used to login with, Google support, etc.
Roblox will side with whoever has access to the original account email, and convincing them to do eg ID verification is probably going to be bothersome, as attackers could claim the same.
