Gold Crown of Ozymandias Missing from Limited-time avatar items 24,000 Robux Package Bundle Purchase

I purchased the Limited-time avatar items 24,000 Robux Bundle, which advertised the “Gold Crown of Ozymandias” as the promotional bonus item. Upon purchasing, the package successfully granted the 24,000 Robux however, the primary advertised item the Gold Crown of Ozymandias never showed up in my inventory.

I tried contacting Roblox Support and was told “At this time, your account does not appear to be eligible for the promotion”. This response makes no sense, because even after getting a reply from Roblox support about my account not being eligible. My other screenshot shows that I can purchase still purchase the same package again with the Gold Crown of Ozymandias shown as a Free bonus item, the same way it was shown to me hours earlier when I purchased the package.

If my account was not eligible, to receive the “free bonus item” then the promotion should not have been shown to me as part of the package in the first place. Showing me a free bonus item is going to be awarded at the checkout stage during my Robux purchase, and then not providing it after I paid for the package is both misleading and confusing. With the reply from roblox support saying my account is not eligible for the promotion yet still being shown that I can buy the package again with the included bonus item as seen in my screen shot makes me really confused about why it wasnt awarded the first time and that had to buy it again to maybe get it.

I purchased the package using Roblox Credit on the Website, using a Windows 11 laptop.

Expected behavior

I would greatly appreciate if I could be given the Gold Crown of Ozymandias that was offered as a “Free bonus item” which I would receive when the purchase was made

I’ve attached screenshots showing what I see on my end. The first screenshot includes my transaction history confirming that the purchase was made before Ozy went off sale, and the second screenshot shows that the item is currently not owned by me.

I’ll check again near the end of next week and follow up to confirm whether the issue has been resolved.

I’m following up based on your reply in the other thread, where you mentioned that a fix had been implemented for this issue.

I’m a little confused because I just checked my inventory and I still have not received the bonus item, Gold Crown of Ozymandias, from my 24,000 Robux bundle purchase.

My User ID is: 1688273160

The other user who was experiencing a different missing item purchasing issue another has now received their missing item and marked their thread as solved. However, my issue still has not been resolved, and the Gold Crown of Ozymandias has still not been added to my inventory.

Could you please clarify whether the fix has already been applied to my account, or whether I should still expect to wait until the end of next week for the item to appear in my inventory?
