No sure if this good place for questions. But does anybody know good resource for audio effects? Preferably free, but if the fee is not huge, it’s also OK.

Have you consider doing a quick search around many sites provide you with collections of resources. You could find a bunch of sound effects or sounds from doing a quick research if you can’t find the audio you are looking for, consider getting into producing your own sounds - audios in a software your willing to learn and make many types of sounds for your game or personal project.
There are sites that provide you with public domain effects audios that you can find including the internet itself. From my understanding (Freesound - Audiojungle) provides its community with high quality sounds that you could use; if you use sounds from these sites consider checking the “license and attribution”. I would encourage you to do a quick search around and find something you’re looking for.
If you’re wanting to produce quality sounds or effects on your own, strive into putting money towards a decent program that you could produce variety of sounds if you can’t find what you’re specifically looking for.
