Grass blades should cull too

The new culling system is EXTREMELY helpful and has helped a ton with making maps more performant.

One caveat however: while going into wireframe, I saw that grass decorations don’t cull despite being behind terrain, which is odd because parts and even other terrain cells can be culled, yet grass isn’t.

I am not gonna say that it will be a “simple fix” but it’s crucial, I believe!

Grass occlusion culling has already been implemented and is going through QA.
