This promotion guide is designed to assist all ranks on getting promoted in Green Cafe. If you read through this guide, you will be promoted to your desired rank in no time!
LR Promotion Guide
To be promoted from Valued Customer, you must fill out an application at our application center here, please wait at least 24 hours for your application to be read.
To be promoted from ranks Trainee - Barista, you have to attend trainings that are hosted every day here at 2 PM EST and 5 PM EST.
To be promoted from Senior Barista, you will have to work hard and attend shifts which will be hosted from time to time. You may also apply for Staff Intern through the application which is located on the announcement channel in the Discord server.
MR Promotion Guide
To be promoted from Staff Intern, you must show that you can handle all the duties of an MR. Such as kicking trollers from the cafe, being active in the group, and assisting at trainings.
To be promoted from Supervisor - Coordinator, you should host a lot of shifts, be as active as possible, and show a professional and mature attitude in the community.
HR Promotion Guide
To be promoted from Executive Assistant, you must show that you can handle all the duties in your assigned department, whether it is public relations, operations, or staff management.
To be promoted from an executive rank, you must show me that you can handle your job well, as well as assisting in other departments. It is very rare that I will promote members from the executive ranks but it is possible.

Assisting at GRP sessions
I will host GRP sessions almost every day, if you come and assist me on recruiting members, you may get a promotion! -
Participating in community events
I will host weekly events such as game nights or events with allied groups. If you participate in many of them, you may get a promotion.
