The groun like flickers and clips when looked at from far away,
I’m not sure if it’s a texture issue or a issue with the parts themselves, check if your baseplate has any clipping parts, as that can cause “Z-Fighting” where the parts sort of flicker inside eachother, the issue is more prevalent if your parts have different properties. (do note the effect sort of changes appearance as you move the camera)

This behaviour usually occurs for me when I have a really thin part over another one that has a texture/decal on it; the decal/texture goes over the thin part when looked from far distances or certain angles. Try increasing the thickness of that conveyor belt or raise the conveyor belt a bit higher, so that there’s a bit more distance between the ground and the conveyor belt’s top face.
