Hello. My group, Reason 2 Die: Afterlife Community, was recently stolen and the ownership was transferred without authorization.
An unauthorized user gained control of the group holder account and transferred it to his personal account. He has stolen our assets and our robux, including the game (Reason 2 Die: Afterlife). They are now profiting from and managing our work without our consent.
We have already contacted Roblox Support and provided full documentation, but we have not yet received a resolution. Has anyone here experienced a similar case of unauthorized group transfer? If so, how long did it take for Roblox to restore ownership, and is there anything else we can do to expedite the process?
This happened to me once. An user asked me if they could have ownership of MY game because they had a discord bot that helped with 50% of the game’s function, so I gave the ownership to them. Around a few days later, they locked me out of the game and stealing the discord group. I ended up with no answers or help.
did Roblox support respond to this in email? if you just haven’t received a response then Roblox support is very slow and they can take a few days to respond but if you just got a automatic or bot answer id try maybe putting in a similar request for the discord server because otherwise the community likely wont see this post
