Group funds still restricted after 38 days of group creation

Hi there,

I’ve had a group created for over 38 days (July 5, 2026) and I am still unable to give developers any shares or cuts for any of my group experiences. When I go to the payouts page, a red banner pops up saying “Group payouts are currently restricted”.
I have no clue what to do, and I can’t understand why I’m still not able to check the reason why.

P.S. The group has broken no TOS, we have received no Robux yet through the group, and AFAIK it meets group age requirement?

I’m pretty sure you must have 2FA, ID verfied account, and the group age requirement. It used to happen to me but it fixed after I did all of that.

My account has 2FA, I’m ID verified, the group is now around 40+ days old. I’m going to ID verify the group holder and see if that changes anything.

I ID verified my holder account, but it is still restricted. I don’t know what else to do except wait. Am I missing anything else?
