I just had 130,000 group funds wiped aswell. My 1.8M pending is being unaffected right now.
yes but on top of that, it seems a lot of pending isnt even going through either, groups are overall EXTREMELY broken currently.
Yeah, I have no robux going into my available robux either, which there should be a constant flow of pending and available robux going in and out.
ok roblox said this but the people i know who have been effected have lost essentially all their robux, which theres no way that large of robux theyve had coming in recently was obtained through any duplicate payments.

This cannot be legal for Roblox to do. When I went to check my group, I lost around 50 Thousand pended robux for no reason. I feel terrible for the people affected by this who lost ALL of their pended funds, this is unacceptable from a company as big as this to randomly take all of this money without warning and without proof that the funds which were removed were duplicated.
yea and its a bit odd, they claim its duplicate sales but i have another friend who was put down to 0 robux, there is no way every sale they ever received was from duplicate sales.

as in over credited amounts are you saying some people had too much removed from their group funds, or are you referring to they received too much robux
The system which is being used to issue these removals is clearly faulty. People are losing ALL of their community funds because of this, not just little bits or small amounts.
yea, which sure, I believe some people may of got over credited to an extent, but like nowhere near what some people have lost, i have a friend with like 15k pending in their group and they were saving the robux up and literally every bit of robux was removed from the group
If it was duplicated you guys would be taking half not massive amounts

Cool, but in no way could those duplicate releases have been to the extent that you all need to take hundreds of thousands of robux from us, fix this. This also doesn’t touch the fact that robux is no longer unpending.
Yep my groups are all set to 140 robux unpended, had 50k in one, 20k in one, 12k in another all are 140 robux, waiting to see this resolved, thank you
robux now seems to be slowly vanishing despite the robux not entering group funds.
Yeah some of my pending robux seems to be getting deleted, and my available funds are not changing. I still have over 130k robux missing as well.

yea ive already had thousands vanished, its like theyre trying to sweep this under the rug, they’re legit just copy and pasting that same message on everyone who posts about it.
