Group Game Comes up with 404 Page Not Found

[Flez_ent]

My game “Boba Cafe” under my group “Boba” was removed somehow. Players received a 404 page not found error and are not able to play the game. I’m sure this is some sort of bug because I haven’t received a moderation notice to my account, to my Roblox messages, or to my email.

To add my game does not have any of the recently moderated things such as bedrooms, bathrooms or private rooms. It is fully open concept and family friendly.

UPDATE: It seems that multiple social genre games have been hit with this same issue around the same timeframe.

Expected behavior

My game should be working because I do not have anything to my knowledge that would result in my game being removed from the platform.

pretty sure this is because your game is moderated; I’ve also seen a bunch of messages on the official Discord server of Boba Cafe mentioned in the bug report confirming this:

this is intended behavior and not a bug, as the staff explained here:

Error 404 with game thats taken down

Hi @Coylist, you’re right that we have made a change where moderated experiences are not available on the website. Currently this is intended behaviour, though I understand it was confusing to you. However, it seems like the steps you’ve taken have put your game back in compliance, and it’s available to play again!
