Me and my partner developed a game that hit the 1M+ playtime hours in the past 90 days and it has maintained eligibility for the verified badge for a while. Recently we saw that Roblox changed the requirements for verification and made it possible for members with 10%+ automatic payments set up to also be verified.
The group got verified today along with the holder, but we did not despite both of us along with the holder having 10%+ automatic payments enabled.
If we could get some help regarding this we would really appreciate it. It has been our goal for a while now to be verified and we don’t want to miss this opportunity.
have had the same problem here, 2 developers as well as the group got verified in the most recent, I am yet to receive the verified badge the only possible reason I found that it may have happened is because I changed my username about 20 days ago
other reasons that you may not have been verified include not being ID verified or not having 2fa
