Group member count displays incorrectly (1002 shown as 102)

The group page UI displays an incorrect member count, appearing to drop a digit from the actual value.
The frontend appears to be truncating or mis-formatting the number when rendering it in the UI, even though the underlying API data is correct.

Expected behavior

The Members button should display the correct count matching the API’s memberCount value, either “1,002 Members” or “1002 Members”, not “102 Members”
