Group members able to lock forum posts without the required permissions.

Members are somehow able to lock posts (i assume only their own posts), even though the Member role does not have permission to lock posts.

These posts are not able to be unlocked either.

Expected behavior

I expect members not to be able to lock posts without permissions.

Hi @Izuk_ii this is expected behavior based on a new change that allows a user to lock their own posts.
