Group Packages List Empty

I have created several packages and saved them to my primary group. These packages used to show up in Toolbox under Group Packages. Now, I don’t see any packages for any of my groups.

There is a slight delay when selecting the group, which leads me to believe that it’s loading the list, and the scrollbar shrinks like it would when there’s content (see screenshot)

EDIT: I don’t see any packages for any of my groups.

EDIT: The group permissions are set up correctly. All roles have access to create/edit games and group assets. The packages that are already in the game publish and update fine. I just can’t add other packages because the only way to do this is through the Toolbox

I tried saving some packages to another group, and was able to break that group also, so it leads me to believe that it’s something about one or more of the packages.

I’ve disabled all beta features, and tried from multiple computers, with the same result.
