I had my payouts locked after I reached a certain number in my account(it wasn’t blocked hours before) and now I can no longer pay out from my group. Is there anything that can be done about this? I messaged Roblox support but got an automated response with no real info

Have you verified if splits to the account you want to payout to works? If it does, you could possibly use that.

Yes but that only applies to robux generated after I do that; the funds sitting in that account that are already pended/still pending are completely unavailable to me.

Roblox does this for groups that suddenly generate robux to prevent abuse or botting I guess,
If I recall correctly you will have access to your group funds in around 2 weeks :d
