"Group payouts are currently restricted"

So, for some reason it would seem my payouts have been completely disabled & it’s been like this for 3 days or so - I submitted a ticket to roblox support and had no response. This happened around 24 hours after I did an “early access” sale for my roblox group “Hekmatyar

This issue is located on the payouts page under finance. If anyone can give any guidance on the issue, would be greatly appreciated.

Expected behavior

If everything is working correctly, I expect it to fix itself within a few days - however it’s been 8 days since the sale & it still seems to be like this.

Have you tried checking how much group founds you have? Or do check one of thkse things of the hint? Probably one of the listed things in the error message could be the problem .

Group age is over 1 year old, group funds are not an issue - we’re still actively getting group funds rolling into the group - however we are unable to pay people out or ourselves.

Can confirm this is still happening, and is a major issue for the group.

I tried to get more information about this problem.

Possible causes:

  1. Too much robux?
    It’s possible that for the next 2 weeks you can’t do group payouts because you earned too much robux and Roblox is checking that there isn’t any suspicious activity.
  2. Verification
    If you didn’t do some necessary verification (as phone number, e-mail), Roblox could restrict payouts until you you do the necessary verifications.
  3. Roblox Policies violation
    Double-check that your group didn’t break the Roblox community standards or other important policies, because Roblox may not allow you to do Roblox payouts because of this.
  4. Automated Security Checks
    Occasionally, Roblox’s automated systems might flag a group for review even if nothing is actually wrong. This is a precaution to keep the platform safe. If this is the case, the restriction is usually lifted automatically after a short period.

I’ll try to find more informations and eventually find any solutions of how to fix this problem.

We believe we found the issue, it seems to be because the game is set to PRIVATE - the DevEx team is unable to verify the game & make sure it abides by all ToS. Will verify once we release early access again.
