Group payouts are currently restricted

Hello,

My group was created about 3 weeks ago, but I’m still unable to use the payout feature.

I keep getting the following error:

“Group is currently restricted from using one-time and recurring payments. This may be due to insufficient funds, the age of the group, or something else. Please check back later.”

My group has already earned enough Robux, and it has been around for approximately 3 weeks. However, I am still receiving this error.

I believe this may be a bug or an issue with my group, as everything seems to meet the requirements. Could you please look into this and help me resolve the problem?

did it take exactly a month, or did it take longer? Is that normal?

You have to wait full 30 days so you can payout your robux
And no one can get payout unless if he was a member for full 30 days

I still can’t use Group Payouts. Could a staff member please help me resolve this issue?
