a Week ago when i was going to pay one of my devs, this showed up

That is the worst advice you could give someone.
I’ve had this happen. This typically happens after you see a large increase in income. As far as I’m aware, it’s some form of fraud checking. It will release the funds in 14 days at most.
Why shouldn’t he get help when no one has helped him yet?

When it happened to me, it released the funds on the 14th day. Support also had nothing to say about it - they just told me to wait it out. You can try them if you want, but you’ll probably get the same answer.
Because ChatGPT (not GPT Chat, what the hell is that) never understands this stuff and just gives you the same repeating answer.
