My group’s Pending Robux is not reflecting the correct amount relative to recent avatar item sales. Based on my recent earnings, the amount shown in Pending Robux appears significantly lower than expected.
Expected Behavior:
Robux earned from avatar item sales (UGC / classic clothing) should be accurately reflected in Pending Robux before settling into Group Funds / Community Funds.
Actual Behavior:
- Analytics → Top Avatar Items shows 579,623 Robux earned in the last 28 days
- But Configure Group → Revenue shows only 465,378 Pending Robux
- Based on the volume of recent sales, the amount shown in Pending Robux appears too low and does not seem to be reflecting the correct earnings
Additional Issue:
I have also noticed that Pending Robux sometimes decreases without the expected amount being reflected in Group Funds, making it seem like some Robux is not being tracked or settled correctly.
