Currently for developers who want outside help with filling out their questionnaire, they need to be given edit access to the game. Giving View Analytics also hides the Questionnaire tab, so you are not able to view it, and instead have to look on the game details page if you are missing the Edit access.
If we had this feature, it would be easier for external developers to teams to submit a questionnaire on behalf of other developers to help with compliance.
