Hey, our group LSPLASH had a couple of issues occurring since yesterday at about 3 PM EST.
@RediblesQW wasn’t able to find any games from the LSPLASH group at all on his develop page. For some reason, the game-specific collaboration rules on our game removed only his role from any permissions, and I had to revert it back to Edit. Even then, he still couldn’t see any games from LSPLASH, so I had to send him the game link for him to edit it.
It took me until today to realize all the group roles had their permissions wiped. We still use legacy roles. I tried to change the roles back, but just now I can see that they were wiped yet again.
I also sometimes couldn’t publish under my own group at all in Studio, but this only happened at around 12 AM on the 8th. I haven’t had this one specific issue since. I don’t have a screenshot, but this is where I wouldn’t be able to find the LSPLASH group. Happened again today at 1 AM. I can’t find LSPLASH in groups. To counteract this I have to save a copy, open it, and then I’ll be able to publish under LSPLASH.
Also, group animations sometimes don’t load for both of us. We assumed it was just usual server errors, as they usually happen on Saturdays. Not sure if this is related, but just mentioning it just incase.
This is so weird for it to be happening. I think this may be related to the new community roles update that rolled out earlier this year? I am not 100% sure about that do. I checked one of the communities I barely operate anymore since it isn’t even mines and I examine my own community instead and the experiences still show up. I have to edit this post tomorrow so I can see if the issue is happening for me too in Roblox Studio. Frustrating that you have to do a method to view one of your games and edit it that will be a little bit more time consuming. I wish you the best dude, and Doors is really good! I hope you make a huge cool update for the game like Floor 3 or smth. (I haven’t beaten floor 2 yet though.) Edit: I will just make a new post with an update instead on here.
Have you made any updates to the permissions for the “other dev” role on WWW? On my end, I see there are some group role permissions assigned to that role. I also see that role has access to some games, but not the one you linked out to.
Also, are you still encountering issues when loading the audit log?
Animations not loading is somewhat expected if there are issues with the permissions system - animations currently only load for group members if that member has “Create and edit community experiences” permission on WWW. We’re working on a fix for this.
I tried updating the permissions twice and it seemed to work, then I’d check a few minutes later and the permissions showed up empty. Just now, they showed up correctly for a bit, but after a refresh it seems empty again.
The Audit log lets me view about two pages, but once I try to go to the next page it shows this screen again.
@Lightning_Splash Update: I checked and the issue isn’t evident at all because in this screenshot, everything is enabled. And yes this is the exact community I was talking about in my last post.
Are there any more updates on this issue besides the update you gave to the Roblox Staff member here? Is the issue actually happening on Roblox Studio too because if so I will include another screenshot in the 3rd post I will make here?
We have made some changes on our backend to fix the issue for your group. We anticipate that this would resolve the permissions related issues you’re facing. Please give it a try and let us know if you’re still facing any issues.
Yeah Im wondering the main cause of the issue, like “Was it an error?” or something.

Plus yall I thought it was the local storage that caused the issue but the issue was persisting outside of LSPLASH’s browser, and it cannot be the local storage since that was happening.
