When accessing the Members section of a Roblox group via the experience page or directly through the group page, the Owner role incorrectly shows “None” as if it’s unoccupied. However, clicking on the Owner role reveals that it does have a user assigned. This visual discrepancy may confuse, especially for users trying to identify the group’s leadership.
Hello @JuanGamerPlayz_RBLX , thank you for the report! Upon investigation we found that this is a separate scenario from the linked thread. It looks like a visual bug with that specific community’s owner role membership counter. If you notice it in any other communities please provide links to them and we’ll help get those fixed as well.
Hello @JuanGamerPlayz_RBLX we’ve made some changes to the membership count handling and have fixed all of the above community’s member counts for their respective roles.
Heya @lm_gameon! How are you? Hopefully, you’re doing great!
WOOHOO! That’s some awesome news to hear… I thank you a bunch for the fixes. I haven’t been able to find any more of these communities since my previous reply. It’s honestly really weird as to how it was initially occurring for specific communities, but since there have been some redesigns going on, I hope it can be gone for a better visual quality of the user interface.
I’m going to mark your response as a “Solution” so the bug report can be closed. If I encounter this again, I’ll be sure to file a new ticket!
Thank you for everything and have a wonderful weekend!
