Group UGC items still archived / cannot be sold after group restoration

A group I am helping with had its holder account successfully restored and the group was later unlocked/restored, but the group-owned UGC avatar items were not restored with it.
The affected UGC items are still showing in Creator Dashboard as:

  • Archived
  • Cannot Be Sold

On the public item pages, they show:

  • Not For Sale
  • This item is no longer available
    Roblox Support previously stated that the assets were approved from their end, and later said they are tracking an issue affecting selling UGC items. However, the items are still stuck in the archived/cannot-be-sold state after the group restoration. Roblox Support isnt helping me

Expected behavior:
After the holder account/group restoration, the approved group-owned UGC avatar items should be restored to a sellable/available state.
Actual behavior:
The group is restored, but the UGC avatar items remain archived and cannot be sold.

  2. Public item page showing “Not For Sale — This item is no longer available”

Could a Roblox staff member or a UGC staff member please check whether these group-owned UGC avatar items can be fixed as theyre all no longer able to be put back on sale and there has been no fix

We are experiencing the same issue in our groups following the reinstatement of the group owner’s account. All UGC items are affected.

The affected groups are:

ShopOneSky

HeySkyfall’s Studio

I also made a post about it here. Unfortunately, despite my last update a few days ago, we still have not been able to get any help with this known bug. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
