My alternative account “LifetimePremiumBoss” got unfairly enforcement banned by Roblox’s Moderation AI. This wasn’t really a big deal, as every violation was appealed.
This should’ve been the end of it here. However, when I went to check the groups I was holding on this account, I saw EVERY SINGLE GROUP THAT I OWNED ON THE ACCOUNT was LOCKED.
This wipe of my groups has caused me to lose around 800,000 Robux total, which is about $3000 USD through DevEx. This is a lot of money that I’ve lost because of Roblox automatically purging every group this account owned once I received this enforcement ban on my account. Again, every violation on the account was accepted. If they were locking my groups because I was terminated, they should be reinstated by now.
It is insane that the AI which powers moderation has this much power to where it can lock people out of their revenue source because of a few violations. I’ve already contacted Roblox Support regarding this issue, however I’m assuming they’ll just reply with a prompt and not help me whatsoever.

Doesn’t make sense how even when the bans were appealed, there were still consequences, especially THAT impacting, this is very problematic and hope this gets resolved.
this sets an awful precedent and as a ugc creator it is really scary that AI moderation can be the decider in whether you get to keep or lose all of your income, i hope you can get this resolved
Bumping this, Support is yet to reply after a day. @starhiker13 please help resolve this for me, this is impacting my revenue. Especially after the issue where group funds were getting removed, I need to see what has happened on these groups.
Bumping this AGAIN, still no reply from Roblox Support. I can’t access my revenue from these groups until they’re unlocked. I shouldn’t have to beg for my groups back after they got removed for no reason. My groups haven’t broken any rules, and the violations that were broken on the account have already been appealed. My groups should be up by now.
Aren’t you the same creator who is continuously uploading sexual emotes to Roblox and repeatedly trying to abuse appeals to get them restored? Aren’t you the same creator that uploaded this? I wouldn’t be surprised if your communities were also moderated for other reasons which may be why they’re not restoring them.
its not abusing appeals if roblox decides it abides by the rules, im simply creating accessories which the community wants. if roblox didn’t like my accessories, they would go down and never come back.
It’s not impossible for appeals to be incorrectly accepted. This may also be why your communities are still locked. They may be locked as a safety precaution.
