Hello Roblox Staff,
I recently got cross-banned by an IP address and got it resolved pretty quickly after; however, my groups are starting to be locked.
I have gotten an email that I have sent payouts to myself and got a notification that came to my email:
I am wondering when there’s an unban, if IPs might get reset and then any IP registered might flag the group?
I never got any notice of why my groups became locked, either. It was just one day I went to take a payout out, and they were locked.
These are only groups that I OWN, but the groups that I CO-own are also slowly locking.

I am wondering if there’s an error when getting perm ban to unbanned, and if there’s an action to lock all groups?
Can someone please look into this for me?
