On 17/07/2026 user chron - Roblox was terminated falsely and had all their groups locked. I contacted a friend to raise a ticket with DevRel and got them unbanned the very next day. However even when the ban was reversed their groups remain locked including our shared dev studio.
We have lost over a week of days where we can be working due to the fact that we can’t access a majority of our assets.
Despite being unbanned almost immediately their tickets are automatically denied by your automated systems which are currently treating them as still banned.
Initially they were terminated for a private place which was literally just a baseplate, it had no relation to the groups at all:
