Groups remain locked after successful account appeal

Hello,

On July 7, my account was taken down, later I’ve submitted 2 appeals on wrong shirts moderation and it changed to 7 days suspension. However, after submitting another appeal on game, account restored. But all of my groups except one were locked, including groups that were only created for profile decoration. I tried contacting Appeals, but they keep saying that I was moderated and that the consequences will not be adjusted, even though the appeal for this violation was accepted. The account was restored, but the groups are still locked.

Could someone please check this?

How did you get them unlocked?

Through support but my main group is still banned and i have 400k robux on it, these 4 groups do not have any purpose, they are just decorations for my profile

So support unbanned the 4 groups but not the 5th? very sad :confused: hope you get it resolved.

all because ownership of the group is on my second acc, but they are telling me that i was banned correctly despite appeal being accepted. I literally have appeal accepted window. That’s sad
