Title, this started happening in the past hour and now I can’t seem to retrieve the group information of any user (which is pivotal for my use-case).
I can confirm that all calls to said API are done with a correct User ID that exists as an account on the Roblox website.
This situation is occurring in my experiences as well, this is very problematic to our players, and we hope to see a resolution soon.
Please help Roblox, I am experiencing this, and I am getting very sad. When I get sad, my blood pressure increases drastically, which can result in bad issues for me overall.

Our moderators are unable to ban players because of group checks. This is really problematic.
I assume some fflag was enabled again?
Got this issue as well. Our game heavily relies on loading userdata and even requires it before allowing a player to go past our loading screen.
Same happening with us all the rank checks are failing

this just broke an admin system for a game i work on

We are having a similar issue in our experience “Chiraq 2099”. We rely on players being able to join groups from in-game, in order to join in-game factions/crews.

Major outage, completely bricking my games experience. Needs fixing immediately, this should probably be marked ROBLOXCRITICAL.
Ah, yes. The semi-consistent platform breaking changes that kneecap specific aspects of everyday moderation across experiences. In all seriousness though, hopefully this gets fixed quickly.
