Changed Meltdown Soundtracks
- Pre-beginning phase of the meltdown- Dark Ambient
- Final phase of the meltdown- Darker, Darker, Yet Darker
- Phase two and three of the meltdown- Portal 2 Escape! and Reactor Core Meltdown.
-Emergency Coolant Updates

Redesigned the emergency coolant. Keep in mind, the soundtracks will be changed later on in the future. It will use the PBCC 2018 soundtrack as the placeholder.

Can be activated during phases two and three of the meltdown.

Two minutes for the emergency coolant to be activated
If the two minutes are up, it will be disabled.
