[GTT] Maintenance Unit Handbook

This handbook will include basic information about the MU for all members of the Maintenance Unit, this ranges from the basic Unauthorised to the GTT Owners and Administrations Personnel.

Due to the intense ruleset of GTT Reactor Facilities and operations, all unauthorised members must go through a tryout process to see if they are qualified to learn about the GTT Facility Operations on a higher level.

To enter a tryout the following requirements are to be met

  • Must understand basic english and basic commands

  • Able to understand and obey to supervisors.

  • Above the age of 13

  • Must have an discord account and in the GTT Members Group

The tryout stages are as follows

TS-1

Basic Briefing regarding the importance of the MU, and the role it takes apart of our group.

Listen well, listen good.

TS-2

Basic Operations Evaluation.

Questions will be asked regarding the simplest reactor operations.

TS-3

First Disiplinary Ejection Stage,

All trainees who are not seen as qualified by the trainer will be dismissed.

TS-4

===RESTRICTED ACCESS===

Access to details of TS-4 are to be only given to trainers or supervisors of GTT to prevent the tryout becoming a guaranteed pass.

Dismissal

Host will congratulate unauthorised members who have went this far and will hold the second and last disiplinary ejection of the tryout and elimate trainees if they are poor standing. Dismissing a Trainee during a disiplinary ejection is not a requirement for this stage and all trainees may pass to become engineers if the trainer pleases as such.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL RULES LISTED HERE ARE TO BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES NO EXCEPTIONS ARE TO BE GIVEN

Rule Number #1 “An Cool Reactor is an Happy Reactor.”

As an new engineer to the Maintenance Unit, it will not take you even 15 minutes to realise how much you have been reliant on security to take control and cool the reactor. You will hustle and struggle to make a chance with the limited power given to you but you shall never give up.

As an Member of MU you are authorised to do anything in order to prevent a Nuclear Disaster of Level [7] which includes the following activities:

-You may use force to prevent a reactor meltdown.

-Use the keys and controls given to you to regain control over situations.

-Call for help from Security, Facility Control Command, Centrally Technical Unit or from your other colleagues at work.

Rule Number #2 “If your angry if this occurred, your supervisor would too”

Do not be a jerk at work, exploit loopholes that haven’t been found or act without proper etiquette for the reason of “Oh SoRrY tHıS iSnT iN tHe RuLeSS”.

We do not care and we will punish you regardless, DO NOT DO STUPID STUFF BECAUSE YOU CAN.

Rule Number #3 “Your here to protect, not to harm”

DO NOT…

Under any circumstances abuse the tools given to you, do not lock the controls when they are on unsafe settings, do not actively try to melt the core and DO NOT BETRAY THE GROUP!

There are no exceptions to this rule, only authorised scenario is when you are authorised to melt the core by the GTT Directory and the Facility Control Command.

Rule Number #4 “Your not the boss(I am)”

At any instance of interacting with other employees/visitors/administration, you must realise that unless you are authorised. If you’re not apart of MU Leadership do not act superior because you have a key that locks all the controls.

Leadership or taking control of a situation if a higher rank cannot or there is NO high rank is an exception. There are no more exceptions to this rule. This doesn’t you mean you can host trainings because there is no HR.

Meeting Your GTT DIRECTORY | LEVEL-OMNI+

Meeting Your GTT DIRECTORY | LEVEL-OMNI+

GTT Directory are allowed to issue all types of orders to all departments, as they are likely to be incharge of administration, MU, CTU or Security.

The Owner of GTT to the rank of Director are considered to be GTT Directory and as such authorised full access to the facility.

Although, depending on the rank and separate policies most of these ranks are not allowed to be completely free and as such their orders must be considered before executed.

GTT Owner’s orders are to NOT be considered and immediately be executed.

Meeting Your CENTERALLY TECHNICAL UNIT | CTU

Meeting Your CENTRALLY TECHNICAL UNIT | CTU

As much as they seem powerful and shiny. They do not have the power to order meltdowns or control onsite MU personnel.

Their following powers are:

-Receiving complete facility control access (FOR EMERGENCY USE ONLY!)

-Having more complex duties such as doing special maneuvers with the core

-Ability to command MU to change the temperature for a specific reason (AS LONG AS THE TEMPERATURE ISN’T DANGEROUS OR TOO LOW)

Additional Notice: Overall being able to control the core with less restrictions.

Meeting Your Security Personnel | SEC

Meeting Your Security Personnel | SEC

Cool guns do not make words do they?

Security, unless GTT Directory HAS NO AUTHORITY AND NEVER DID HAD AUTHORITY OVER MU!

Security personnel are to interact with the Maintenance Unit with the goal of protecting the engineer while he does his duties.

It is heavily wrong that a security member can command and control the facility.

Although Security can take control of the reactor during a meltdown in case MU needs to evacuate.

The exeption here is that security CAN command MU but only in special cases such as if the engineer is actively sabotaging the core or order MU Personnel to evacuate.

Both MU and Security have the goal and no restrictions to protect the core, although abuse of this rule is not allowed.

Meeting Your Facility Control Command | FCC

Meeting Your Facility Control Command | FCC

Even though they are completely different departments with different etiquette and recruitment progresses. They still need each other to work.

FCC has facility control authority such as

-Giving Meltdown Orders

-Controlling facility codes and emergencies

-Full-Facility Monitoring Access

-Emergency Command

-Upper-Core Control Access

Although, they do not have the authority to command and control the MU as a whole. If you see an FCC member issuing commands like a boss to an another engineer or a security personnel without proper authority, they are to be reported to their administrative units immediately.

Meeting Your GTT Moderation | MOD

Meeting Your GTT Moderation | MOD

GTT PERSONNEL RANKING FROM MODERATOR TO OVERSEER ARE PROHIBITED FROM ISSUING MU ORDERS.

If you witness a moderator forcing commands to a facility employee, engineer or security.

PLEASE REPORT IT TO A SUPERVISOR AS MODERATORS DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY TO CONTROL THE MU UNLESS AUTHORISED FROM THE DIRECTORY STAFF.

ANY MODERATOR USING FORCE TO EXECUTE SUCH ORDERS WILL RECEIVE A PUNISHMENT LEVEL OF TO
