Expectations of all Staff Members:
Use grammar at all times, while at any Guava Hotels’ facilities; Training Center, Interview Center etc.
Be nice to every customer, and staff member you meet.
Keep calm in any situation. If you need help, don’t hesitate to ask other staff members.
Keep on the uniform at all times when you’re at the hotel, unless else told by an HR.

Security:
- Security’s main job is to protect the hotel from rioters, trollers, and exploiters. Try to keep the hotel happy and safe for all customers and staff members!
Barista:
- Barista’s main job is to serve food, beverages, and other snacks to customers.
Housekeeping:
- Housekeepers main job is to make sure the hotel is clean. Housekeepers should stay at the information desk, and when asked to clean a room they should make sure that the customer owns the room they are telling you.
Receptionist:
- Receptionist’s main job is to hand out rooms to customers of the hotel.
