So I was playing the Gucci Event Game, and I noticed the windows had this weird effect where the image on them would move along with the camera. How would I go about recreating this? Thanks!

This is most likely done using a beam with an emission value

yes that works. his still does not work though 
The video is the one he was showing as an example.
It isn’t an image, its a looping build from outside of the train which moves and deletes itself once its out of the players view.
