Hey so I’m trying to make a glitch effect for the player as they play the game through as well as being able to put it as a top priority effect so that it overlays the screen over any other UI elements in the Player GUI. Here’s an example of what I’d like for it to look like:
(By the way, this website is for GUI effects and WebGL projects only, the contents on this website only have graphics effects so you can use this resource for further study on graphics effects if you’d like.)
I would really appreciate it if someone could perhaps direct me to more useable resources or if they already have a preset made and are willing to give it away royalty free, credit will be given, or if they can walk me through on instructions on how to accomplish this, it would be much help. Also if you would like to show examples on new effects that look cool as camera lenses, that would be much appreciated.
