Gui moving gets inverted?

Whenever I try moving a gui element, the movement gets inverted. If I try to move the gui element up, it goes down. Is there a constraint or setting that I accidently turned on?
(Every child of the frame has this issue)

Increasing the Y value of the position moves the gui down and that’s intended. The 0,0 point is the top left corner.

Sorry for late reply. I’m dragging it in the workspace, but when I move it up, the snapping behaves normally, but it immediately inverts the movement.
