  • Respect other players – Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Respect the Roblox Community Standards – All players are expected to follow Roblox’s official community guidelines at all times.
  • User safety – Do not behave or encourage others to behave in an unsafe way, either in-game or through communications.
  • No cheating or exploiting – Use of third-party tools, hacks, or exploits is prohibited and will result in account penalties.
  • Maintain a clean chat – Spamming, offensive language, or advertising other platforms is forbidden.
  • Report issues responsibly – If you encounter any problems, please report them through the designated channels rather than causing disruptions in-game.

Failing to comply with these guidelines can mean action, varying from a warning to a ban.

To submit an appeal or report, send an email to the following address:

Appeals are ideally processed without requiring any personal information. However, in some cases, email ownership may need to be verified through a Roblox experience.

Messages detected as spam will not receive a response beyond the initial confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the ticket.
