Appeals are ideally processed without requiring any personal information. However, in some cases, email ownership may need to be verified through a Roblox experience.

Messages detected as spam will not receive a response beyond the initial confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the ticket.

Section 1: Exploiting

1.1 Use of Unauthorized Software

  • Engaging with the experience using any non-Roblox official software is strictly prohibited.
    • This includes exploit scripts, code injections, or external device controllers (e.g., keyboard emulators).

1.2 Promotion or Enablement

  • Do not promote, endorse, or enable the exploitation of the experience in any form.

1.3 Bug Abuse

  • Do not abuse, or assist others in abusing, any in-game bugs or unintended features.
  • All bugs should be reported via the official channels immediately.

Section 2: Voice Chat

2.1 Circumventing Filters

  • Do not use, share, or promote methods for bypassing Roblox’s official voice chat verification or filtering systems.

2.2 Inappropriate Use

  • Voice chat must not be used to share restricted or offensive content.

2.3 Prohibited Communication

  • Do not use voice chat to communicate any messages or content that fall under forbidden communication (see Section 3).

2.4 Disruptive Audio

  • Do not intentionally produce disruptive noises, excessively loud audio, or play music/soundboards through voice chat, particularly when such content is disruptive or unsuitable to the recipients.

Section 3: Forbidden Communication

3.1 Harassment and Discrimination

  • Harassment, discrimination, or encouraging others to engage in such actions is strictly forbidden.

3.2 Roblox Community Standards

  • All users must follow the Roblox Community Standards.
  • Do not assist or enable others in violating these standards.

3.3 Unsafe Behaviour

  • Do not encourage or instruct others to engage in unsafe or harmful behaviour, whether in-game or through any form of communication.

3.4 Inappropriate Content

  • Sharing obscene, offensive, or otherwise prohibited content is not allowed.

3.5 Spam and Promotion

  • Do not distribute spam or promotional content, especially content that:
    • Is not from a widely recognized and safe source.
    • Links to suspicious or harmful services.

3.6 Personal Information

  • Do not request, share, or hint at personal or private information (yours or others’).

3.7 Provocation and Baiting

  • Do not attempt to bait, provoke, or incite rule-breaking behavior in others.

Section 4: User Engagement

4.1 Conduct Alignment

  • All user interaction must remain appropriate and must not involve, promote, or suggest any forbidden topics (refer to Section 3).

4.2 Enforcement Evasion

  • Do not engage in enforcement evasion, including:

  • The creation or operation of one or more accounts with the intent to bypass enforcement actions (e.g., bans, mutes, or other moderation applied to a previously sanctioned account).

4.3 External Association

  • Do not use the experience, or reference it from, any group, platform, or entity that is illegal, immoral, or unsafe to a degree that causes reputational or community harm.

4.4 Unauthorised Use

  • Do not use, or allow others to use, the experience to reproduce, copy, or create a substantially identical version of it—whether on Roblox or any other platform—by any means, including manual replication or unauthorized software. Any reproduction that reasonably replicates the experience and infringes copyright is prohibited.

  • Do not use, or allow others to use, the experience to reproduce any model, system, script, routine, building, or physical instance within the game to a degree that is reasonably identical. This includes reproductions used in games of similar purpose or aimed at the same audience.

  • Do not use, or allow others to use, any attributes of the experience—including its name, any associated accounts or identities, its images, or any new images captured or reasonably reproduced from within the experience—to promote or advertise a separate experience.
