GuiTweens Glitching and not working on mobile / tablet

Multiple mobile and tablet players are reporting position tweens in my game to not be working example:

Heres this videos script:

local function onClick()
	local TweenService = game:GetService("TweenService")

	script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Enabled = false

	local Tween = TweenService:Create(script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Parent.Gamepasses.Display.Frame, TweenInfo.new(0.5), {Position = UDim2.new(0, 0,0.231, 0)})
	script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Parent.Gamepasses.Display.Frame.Position = UDim2.new(0, 0,1, 0)
	script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Parent.Gamepasses.Display.Enabled = true
	wait()
	Tween:Play()
	wait(0.5)
end

script.Parent.MouseButton1Click:Connect(onClick)

Is this a bug? or did I do something wrong, (also, theres another script that loads devproducts:

local function onClick()
	-- Variables

	local playerListFrame = script.Parent.Parent.Parent.Parent.Gamepasses.Display.Frame.Frame

	local catagory = "Items"
	local findcatagory = game.ReplicatedStorage.Inventory.Passes:FindFirstChild(catagory)

	local localplr = game.Players.LocalPlayer

	-- Updating the leaderboard
		for _, plrFrame in pairs(playerListFrame:GetChildren()) do
				if plrFrame:IsA("ImageLabel") then
					plrFrame:Destroy()

			end
		end

		-- Making a frame for the player
		for i, plr in pairs(findcatagory:GetChildren()) do

		local template = script:WaitForChild("Template"):Clone()
		local Asset = game:GetService("MarketplaceService"):GetProductInfo(plr.Value, 1)

		template.Name = plr.Name
		template.PassId.Value = plr.Value
		template.Icon.Image = "rbxassetid://".. Asset.IconImageAssetId
		template.Buy.x.Text = tostring(Asset.PriceInRobux)
		template.Desc.Desc.Text = Asset.Name

		template.Parent = playerListFrame
	end
end

script.Parent.MouseButton1Click:Connect(onClick)
