Hello everyone! I’ve been working on a gun module recently, and these are the results on Day 3. Yet again, the system is still in its early stages; I’ll probably provide a comprehensive list of features soon.

Take a look and see what I can add or improve on! (hopefully the video is uploaded
)
And yes, feedback is much appreciated!

I always love seeing new gun systems, some things I notice is when you fire the gun seems to have a different animation or gets offset. I recommend making the fire animation off of the idle, and making it go up and back a tiny bit. Maybe even make the gun go vertically up if that is your style.
The recoil is actually really nice and smooth right now. I’d say the style is nice and the only thing that could be better so far would mostly be the animations. I do recommend searching online and looking up how a gun is held, this is how I make some of my animations, or I make animations based on how other games do it and how satisfying of a result I get.

Ah! As a scripter, I actually rushed the animations hehe. However, I hope to market this resource for developer teams (particularly with animators) to utilize this and create better animations, since this used an OOP framework in the module. Thank you for the wonderful feedback!
Currently, I’m fixing up the tracers, optimization, and getting rid of useless lines. In the future, I’m planning to implement an automatic mode for the weapon.
