Is that a blender rig? Kinda very noisy

The person and the background don’t match. The lighting on the person should be the red, greens and blues in the background. Also, this seems like an Eevee render. Use cycles.
If you really want a good background, use a HDRI from PolyHaven. There are many to choose from.
For a first timer though. It’s decent.
