FALL FESTIVAL 2025
I’ve taken into account all the feedback given to me (mostly in-game) and have made a lot of changes and updates. I’m requesting additional feedback to see if reception is good.
Please consider taking a look. I’m looking mostly now for feedback on:
- Onboarding. Are things easy to learn? Do you know what to do? Is it easy to locate the shop. Are NPCs engaging?
- Atmosphere. Does the style clash? Is the atmosphere fitting. Are graphics good?
- Do carnival games and other games feel fair? Are you receiving enough candy? Is it frustrating or too slow?
- Re-playability. Is there a reason to come back? Do you see yourself or may see why someone may want to play the game for extended periods or rejoin the next day? Is there enough content to engage players for long sessions?
- And any additional feedback.
What has changed since BETA?
- LOTS of optimization.
- Increased candy generally to make things easier.
- Added daily streak rewards.
- Added several minigames (apple bobbing, claw machine, etc.)
- Added a gem system where you can exchange gems for candy while Trick or Treating in an effort to give more value to Trick or Treating.
- Made Angela’s 2D Obby easier overall as some players said it was too difficult.
- Reworked some NPC dialogs to feel more engaging.
- Added TITLES as a new category of rewards for progression.
- Added PET SYSTEM as a new category of rewards in the form of Loot Crates.
- Added a Global Leaderboard for slight competition.
- Replaced a lot of low poly decor with updated models and textures.
- …and a lot of bug fixes.
