Handle seems to be immovable

im trying to animate a weapon in the animation editor but it seems like the handle is immovable. i move it in the animation but ingame it locks to one place

You put it into a Tool Object. If you want the Handle part to be animated, you have to destroy the RightGrip Weld under Character[“Right Arm”] and replace it with a Motor6D object. You can grab the Motor6D from your animation rig and apply its offsets to the one you create for the tool.
