So, is it just me or is it really hard to put detail to your buildings? I love building things, don’t get me wrong. But, my issue is that I’ve always wanted to put some an amazing, exceptional details like for example, Dungeon Quest, etc.
What are some tips you guys can give me to solve this issue?

Building anything even moderately nice-looking in Roblox takes real effort and patience… especially if you’re building little things, like lights or furniture.
It’s been a while since I’ve built anything large-scale / with an interior, but I leave you with two suggestions:
Reuse assets / models frequently, whenever possible (not so much that everything looks the same); and
Be patient. At times, being very patient is required.

I’ve always tried to build on a fairly detailed level, but first I start with the basic outline of what I need to make sure that if I build something detailed it fits into the space I have set aside for that item.
Block out your building first off, walls, basic stairways and doors/windows. Walk through it to test it out and make alterations now so you don’t spend a lot of time remaking things later.
When adding detail I always like to go more freestyle and be creative with my building, but for specific items like machinery or items that need to look close to something irl I use online images to get a sense of scale and ‘feel’ of an object.
Then as @darthbl0xx stated, be patient and make sure you’re happy with it.
Detail in builds can be achieved through the use of meshes. That has become particularly easier in recent times. I used to use bricks to detail everything and the lag was unbelievable.
The way I go about it is viewing an image of what I want to build then I start building it. Really look at the image and go part for part or find a realistic model of what I’m building and take inspo. Alternatively, I use Blender to make something more detailed but I’m not as good.
