Hasnt Received Eligibility for 6-month Free Roblox Plus Despite Meeting 100h Requirement

I am reporting an issue where I have already met the requirement of 100 hours of playtime within 1 month on one of my group-owned games, but I still have not received the 6-month free Roblox Plus subscription.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Log into the Creator Hub.
2. Go to the “Publishing Permissions” page.
3. Observe that the requirement for the free 6-month Roblox Plus subscription is still not marked as completed, despite the game meeting over 100 hours of playtime within the last month.

my game (group-owned) total playtime in this month

Expected behavior

I expect the dashboard to show that I am eligible for the 6-month free Roblox Plus subscription, with the green confirmation banner visible, since the 100-hour playtime requirement was successfully met. My group-owned game has accumulated 165.2 hours of playtime within the required period, which is above the minimum threshold.
