It says it renews yesterday which isn’t possible because the card that I had connected to my account is no longer active. When I try to connect my new card with the “update credit card” button it just refreshes the page. I’m using a debit card, not a credit card, but it doesn’t seem like it would make a difference for this transaction.
We keep trying the card for 3 days in case someone is making a change on their end to remedy the first failed attempt. Like getting a new expiration date on their card.
We do need to add an error message for the case when you can’t update the card due to us re-trying. That is not good user experience.
