Hello I’m a developer and I’ve tried to devex my robux but I got declined for the reason of “Not Eligible” I reached out to roblox support and after one month (maybe even more) of talking with them and providing the needed information it didn’t solve the issue I’ve tried contacting them a couple more times but I’ve got no response from them I read the terms of use of Devex and Roblox and it doesn’t seem like I did anything wrong I’ve tried looking in Devforum about this problem but it seems like there is no one with the same issue if you have atleast any idea of why it getting declined please type it down below thank you .
Theory 1
I think roblox said that you can’t devex during december because everyone else is gonna devex and its a hassle, plus, they are going to be short handed woth staff. So they told us to devex in november or early december
Theory 2
You maybe have gotten moderated maybe for a strike and you lost your ability to devex
Theory 1 : well nope i tried devexing like a month ago maybe even 2 months ago
Theory 2 : also a no i haven’t gotten any warns/bans
